Hello! My name is Susan Boro and I’m pleased to be able to bring to the public my wonderful chutney. I used to make it in my own kitchen for over 25 years, giving it away at birthdays and holidays. Now, happily available for sale to the public since April of 2006, it is called Charles Street Gourmet Apple & Raisin Chutney. It's made with green tomatoes, apples, raisins and onions, spices, heat and sugar. It’s got lots of wonderful levels to it, from sweet to hot to spicy. Rather like having a symphony in your mouth, this remarkably versatile condiment is the finest tasting chutney in the world. It has notes ranging from the highs to the lows and everything in between. Its uses are limited only to the users’ imagination as to what to serve it with.
I now have available for purchase my delicious Spiced Cranberry Sauce and my Gourmet Fruit Salsa with Jicama, too. Please see the recipe section for recipes and uses for all three of my amazing condiments as well as the link as to where to find them (& me) around and about town.
